[Rails-core] AR Unit Tests Again

Hi guys,

 

If you've run your unit tests then you may already know they are borked
right now. 

I added a patch to fix this, but the original author has notified me that he
will work on a proper fix since I pulled mine out of thin air based on a
very loose understanding of the original.
