[Rails] Broken links in ActionPack docs

FYI,

Most of the links in ActionPack's README file at
www.api.rubyonrails.org are broken. I think, for instance, that the
link to  ../../../classes/ActionView.html should be a link to
../../../classes/ActionView/Base.html.
