[Rails] Disable Session Support

Is there a way to disable session support. I don't use it so I don't see 
the point in spending the time processing cookies and storing cookies if 
I am not using it. Plus cookies offends some people so if I am not using 
them I would prefer not to have to explain people why they are being sent.
